[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who does not nurse but breastfeeds (pumps) this was a life saver for when i was engorged. I loved the massager as it was small enough to handle and get into the harder to reach spots but still packed a good vibration. I have used the large heat packs once but have not had time to boil them to make them be useable again. So I am not sure how easy it is to do. I am not a fan of the breast masks but that is personal preference. I would rather have some ice packs included in the box. Therefore, a new mom would have the heat and the cold compress all in one kit! Overall, i think the kit is a little pricey but works great.

These items in the kit are ones that you will eventually need, and when you need them you need them right away. It's great to have these in your back pocket. I love it so much and have never seen something like this before. The massager is the best! It's prevented me from getting full blown mastitis a few times now.

Bought these a week ago and they were not a good purchase I should have just bought microwaveable gel hot/cold ice packs. These breast warmers only heat for 2 minutes and then they start cooling down and the fact that they have to be boiled for 15 minutes every time after use is impractical for a busy mom. I'm disappointed as a lot of my other frida products are wonderful.
