[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heads change easily. The trimmer head is too small for many uses, such as mustache trimming. The power switch design is quite good, easy to use and reach. The unit charges fairly rapidly and is quiet compared to others.

Had used philips before , then switched to a Braun, which wasn't up to the job at all...so went looking for a reasonably priced Philips.....this was updated from my last one ....more compact ...a lot lighter ....easier to use.. The battery life seems ok , no charging issues, it cuts well ...good grip ....my only two gripes are but worried the detachable heads lock in parts may break after a lot of use & I had to pay an additional £10 for the 3-7 all in one head which should have come with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phillips has a track record of quality products and this beard trimmer is a good example, its very easy to use and it cuts evenly and cleaning is easy also.this trimmer is perfect for any man with a beard.

This is a great trimmer. However I would prefer few more beard trimming guards. Atleast, it should include a 2MM beard trimming guard. My previous trimmer was also Philips and it was excellent. That was the main reason I preferred to buy a Phillips again.

Although since I don't wear a beard, and really have no use for the 37 trimming devices that came with this unit, for the price paid I can just ignore their presence 😎

This is brilliant for trimming my beard every week or so, and my little hair, every few weeks. I've always used Philips trimmers, but the old one's battery finally expired after many years, and the new one is even easier to change gadgets. I love it.

I did not give it a five star rating because it is lacking a couple of features I feel should be included. It should have indicator lights to let the user see how much charge is left in the battery. It should have an indicator light to let you know when the unit is fully charged when it is plugged in. It is much smaller than other grooming units on the market which has pros and cons.

I bought this trimmer for my beard but to also cut my hair. Where I'm starting to go bald, I use it to get some close cuts & where it has a rechargeable battery, cordless & very easy to handle, makes it a breeze to use. Have tried a few but as to date, this is by far my best purchase!

Purchased the product before couple of months and quality is good compared to price and useful for removal of ear and nose hairs plus cutting side hairs on my head. Unfortunately there is a couple with barcode that says get 1yr extra warranty by scanning the QR code which opens phillips page but no option to get extra warranty if you are already a user with phillips site! Hope these things might improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have more elaborate trimmers and such but this one is light, easy to use, many different options and easy to charge. I have a full head of hair and a full thick beard. This trimmer cuts my hair (I like it short), my beard, mustache, eye brows, neck, and any other area that needs to be groomed! It's easy to use and doesn't jam or rip any hair out by the roots. The only con is it's not water proof. I fully recommend this for everyday use, travel, and a back up trimmer. The waterproof issue will have to be for the more expensive models as this one is priced perfect.
