We use a collection of Sonos speakers in our restaurant and our home. This particular unit lives in the restaurant in a smaller room and does a great job of being independent when needed or added to the larger system when desired.

We made small home theater setup. One thing that is bad about sonos is that you can't connect it to samsung tv wirelessly, and you must have sonos product with optical connection. Overall happy with this purchase

I was excited to get the Sonos One for my store. But was disappointed when it didnt link with my wifi. I was on with tech support for 2-3 hours and couldnt link it. I had to hardwire it in but now i cant move the system around.

I love the way the music sounds, however, I do not like the fact that you can't really use the speaker outside of the app. It's also difficult to switch from different devices.

The ease of adding speakers is one of the features I love best about SONOS. Paired with great sound quality and an easy UI, I'm sold! I used to be a BOSE customer, but moved over and haven't looked back!

Failed to find my devices at first. Started it all again and it was successful. I find occasionally that I am playing two tracks in different rooms when I don't want to.

I recently read you can add upto 32 speakers onto your sonos app. I'm at 3 speakers for 2 different areas. It's quite idiot proof to set up - instructions come up and you just have to follow them. Very happy with the sound, look, and size.

App routinely does not connect to the speakers making it impossible to make any changes to speaker settings. Took 2 days to set up with new speakers with my old playbar.

The speaker is my first Sonos, but I won't be my last. The sound quality is second to none, and the ability to stream Amazon music through it is a big bonus.

Can get difficult to set up. But the customer support was great, live chat with a real person makes setting up a product for use was really helpful. Shout out to Angel May C.
