Had huge problems with my Samsung soundbar and sub. It would drop our AppleTV(s) offline (2x different Tvs and 2x Different AppleTVs). The LG TV (older one) HDMI would shut the TV down. So we moved this TV into the family room and bought the Sonos Beam Gen 2. Great sound. Will add a sub once on sale.

For music its extremely good. For films the soundbar is also very good but I find I have to use the enhanced speech as it seems quiet compared to the bass and background noise. With normal TV it's not brilliant. It seems quiet and the quality doesn't match that of music / films. Perhaps due to TV audio quality rather than the speaker.

I had difficulty in getting my I phone to connect to the Sonos. I have a long delay in the audio when I fast forward on recorded tv shows, which is very annoying. This makes fast forwarding pretty much pointless. The sound quality is really good but I don't think I'd buy it again because of the audio delay issue.

This literally took five minutes to set up and the rest of the system took a little longer. The sound is superb and I'm thrilled with by purchase. It really makes watching shows and movies on my large screen tv like the theater. The Dolby is rich and the sound comes from all around to immerse you in the show. Well worth the bucks and makes my favorite shows that much more enjoyable with buttery popcorn.

Works great on my 55 inch Oled TVin a medium room. Set up was easy and the sound fills the 20 by 15 foot room perfectly. Chose the wall mount to match TV and the Beam looks great. Only complaint is there is no audio cable port. U have to use supplied hdmi adapter or use up your arc2 HDMI port on tv.

I bought the Beam and Arc at the same time. The Beam is used downstairs where I have a 65" TV and vaulted ceilings in my home. This little guy hits so hard that the sound is so rich in all of the adjacent rooms! The Arc is in an enclosed room, but has more speakers yet the Beam sounds just as impressive in a bigger space. Recommend!

In of itself a bit disappointing, I was expecting more. Maybe I should have paid more and got the Arc? On its own, the sound quality doesn't wow me, but with additional surround speakers (two Play 5s) and grouped in the same room via Sonos Port with a Bang and Olufsen A8 speaker that acts like a sub-woofer and provides otherwise missing mid range richness, the group as a system is pretty awesome. The Beam provides voice activation and alarm and sleep functionality to the group that the other components would not otherwise have, and it earns its keep for that functionality more than from sound quality.

Sonos Beam 2 Gen. was purchased to replace a Sony sound bar and subwoofer. I have had a Bose unit for 13 years that was great for 10 years but developed a lot os issues. I tried the Sony and took it back for bad voice sound. . I tried the Sonos next and will keep it. Easy set up and good voice & sound, could use more bass.

Great sound that has the ability to easily expand the system, which we have by adding 2 ERA 100's and a mini sub woofer and the overall sound is faultless. Used for home cinema and music streaming it's more than met my requirements. Easy set up and great sound and looks magnificent to boot. I'm extremely pleased.

I am a long time Sonos owner who just added a Beam and 2 SLs to a new configuration. The products continue to improve in sound quality, aesthetics, ease of use and value. I don't think you can get anything else quite like Sonos that performs the way it does at this price point.
