The headphones I got looked refurbished. The packaging was definitely different from The second time around. Here is what happrnd, I bought the headphones off the website and it arrived defective. The right side wouldn't turn on. After calling skullcandy head office and getting a claim submitted, I had to go and mail this in back through UPS. Then you have to call after you send it to initiate another process which is releasing the new order. I find that super silly. So many steps to do a return. The second package I received the headphones and accessories were organized unlike the first package which looked like it was opened. Over all not happy with the service but i like the product.

Meh. The Bluetooth isn't as solid of a connection as other Bluetooth headphones. I own a pair of Hesh 2 (Skull Candy) and they never have connection or interference issues. The Indy does. And I'm using a new iPhone 11 Pro. Have disconnected them and re connect as instructed several times. Still intermittent issues. Sound is decent when they do connect and don't have interference. Meh over all.

It's been a month and some weeks since I've received the package for my black Indy Evo True Wireless and already my left earbud's cannot charge, with ease, after placing in the charging case. I thought it was because of those small metal magnets that are failing to connect with the earbud's magnets. I had this same encounter with my previous Indy True Wireless earbuds which didn't work out well. That prompted me to buy the new ones, expecting to not encounter with the same issue of it but I guess I have to waste more money.

It is by far the worst earbuds i have ever had. It sometimes bugs with the pairing. Also it is so quiet. People buy headphones so they don't have to hear everybodies morning when they commute. I can't even hear loud metal music when i walk on the street and a car passes by 3 streets over. I would not recommend these to anybody. Since they do not fulfill their task in letting me listent to music. Also the price is ridicuilous for headphones this garbage.

I was looking for a decent pair of reliable wireless earbuds to use at work, mostly for listening to projects or music from my laptop. I have the hardest time getting these things to connect to my Apple devices especially when multiple paired devices are present and every time I use them, if they connect, only one earbud will play. The other earbud just never wants to connect. It has caused me to use them less and less and just suffer through work without listening to music or quick video projects. I know you can reset them through several steps but I shouldn't have to do this every time. I wouldn't recommend them due to their connection hassles.

I'm sad to say I have had these ear buds just over a month and the volume has dropped to about half, the ear buds are at full volume yet are not putting out nearly as much sound as when I first got them, I tried following a video on how to clean them and it did nothing. Unfortunately I will not recommend these nor would I buy them again, also they are not good at staying in small ears.

The sound quality is great and they are easy to set up: however, after one use, only one of the buds would pair with my device. I checked the troubleshooting guide and no luck with getting the time to sync with each other so that I could hear both at once. From experience, their warranty policy is great, so heading down that route.

I have had a good experience for working out. The only item that threw me off was the ambient sound feature. It works with an extra tap so sometimes when I switched songs I got the ambient sound feature. Outside of that great for running and working out for me.

They both synchronize as separate items in the Bluetooth list, unlike say "Raycons" which just connect as a pair or basically like every other Bluetooth earbuds I've ever had the good fortune to buy. Having such small objects such as earbuds being touch sensitive is surprisingly inconvenient given that there's so little to grab and hold onto without accidentally inputting unwanted commands or say turning one earbud off and then struggling to get it to reconnect without messing up the other one. Yikes!

The sound on them is great and I haven't had any connection issues yet. They fit well and dont slip out even if I am sweating. One thing is I work during truck unloading and my hands get dirty and I've smugged the earphones and the dirt wont come off. Maybe next time I will get a darker color pair. Overall I would definitely buy another pair.
