Why do you keep discontinuing this shade? It is by far the best of all of them!! I wear this all day everyday and have for YEARS. If I am hanging around the house or going to a wedding, it is perfect for both! Thank God I have saved everyone I bought so I can scrape the bit at the bottom you can't use without digging it out and have made a couple of my own. PLEASE BRING IT BACK FOR GOOD THIS TIME!!!!

How on earth can Burts Bees justify discontinuing this shade? This was the only neutral shade of lip shimmer you sell. The other shades have waaayyy too much pink and orange and look terrible with my complexion! And I've tried them all only to throw them in the trash! Apparently I'm not the only customer who feels that way looking at all the reviews asking for Cocoa's return. Why don't you read all the reviews!! Maybe a company who sells mostly cleaning products doesn't understand the make-up industry and brand loyalty?!?

I swear to God if Cocoa Lip Shimmer ever comes back, I am buying it in bulk. I did that Christmastime 2017, and I still have 3 tubes left... But that won't last forever. YOU'VE GOT TO BRING THIS COLOR BACK! It's the only one that looks right on my face!

Keep a couple of these available these days, the tough winter in Florida can be very drying, you know? My go to colours are raisin, cocoa and watermelon, for now... Nice taste but not meant to be eaten, want to let them do their thing on the lips. Light with just enough colour, subtle and effective. Think I may need to consider regular delivery...

I can not believe that you've DISCONTINUED COCOA!! I've had so many compliments on this color and people ask me ALL the time what I'm wearing. So there's some more business Burts Bees is losing. I love this product very natural with a schimmer of color. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back COCOA! Why would you discontinue something that sells so well?

Listen… I have been SAVING a scraping of my last bit of cocoa for my WEDDING DAY. I am a grown woman BEGGING you to bring back Cocoa. It is the ONLY lip balm that works for me and looks good with my skin tone. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go shopping, I stop and look for cocoa in the makeup section. Years now! If you care about all these women that you hooked on this product, that would happily pay double or triple for this product, bring it back! I NEED IT! AMERICA NEEDS IT! :,(

I have used Burts Lip Shimmer for YEARS and am so upset when I found out that Toffee wasn't to be found in any store I was devistated. I have been looking for Cocoa as well and low and behold decided to try the site only to find they are both discontinued?!?! How could this be? Its an Outrage! I have received so many compliments on my lip color and don't use anything other than these two shades *sometimes champagne. Try others---WELL---I have tried Carmel, Peony, Ruhbarb, Fig, Rasin all of which don't look right on me! BRING THEM BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to go shopping for something else to wear. Sadly you lost my business. Hopefully you will bring them back someday!?

All the reviews for your lip shimmer say that Cocoa is everyone's favorite. I am baffled as to why you don't carry it anymore! Are you trying to sell your inventory of other colors that people like less? Is there an ingredient that makes this product much more expensive to produce? Or do you just enjoy everyone BEGGING for you to stock it again? If it is one of the first two scenarios, I am sure many of us would be willing to buy out all the inventory or pay a bit more for the special ingredient. JUST BRING IT BACK!!!!!

PLEASE don't discontinue the COCOA color! It's been my favorite for many years now, and the only one that goes with my skin tone and LOVE. It's absolutely the very best color. It was difficult to find to begin with, and had to go to certain stores to purchase. Most stores which carried the lip shimmers didn't even have it at all. My cousin saw it on me and started buying it as well, as we are similar in skin tone. I would buy 5 or 6 at a time! I really don't know what I will do without it, and will need to find a different natural brand with the same tones. It was such a beautiful shade, and so perfect for me. PLEASE bring it back!

I don't understand why you would discontinue the most popular color!! You did this a couple of years ago and a lot of people were not happy and you ended up bringing back. Now your doing it again. I will not buy any of your other colors I tried them and didn't like them except cocoa. Well you lost a good customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Discontinue colors that don't sell not the most popular. Not a smart move!!
