It's buildable and doesn't make you look powdery. It's SPF 15 so I use it throughout the day to re-apply SPF, and it layers amazingly! The packaging is great too because it lets you dispense only the amount you need, so you're not wasting product AND you're not making a mess. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something that you can build up to your liking and lightweight enough to look natural and not cakey/artificial.

This product never causes any problems, and it gives me just the right amount of coverage. I also love that the ingredient list is short and simple. It makes me feel good about what I'm putting on my skin!

First I was a little nervous that the product was going to have a weird undertone that would make me look crazy however it didnt. I really love how the product glided smoothly on my skin and how easy it was to blend. I love power foundation over liquid because it doesn't feel heavy. This foundation is buildable, and it does not cake up. I don't like to wear make up every day, I hardly wear make up and that is the reason why I love powder foundation because I feel as though you still look natural, your skin feels free ,and you really don't have to do too much when wearing powder foundation.

I have combination skin with some flakey/dry patches and was worried this would emphasize that. My skin is also breakout prone and sensitive. This glided on smoothly and did not cause any breakouts or itchy skin. The coverage is buildable but won't fully cover major discolorations so if you are looking for a full coverage foundation, this probably isn't your best bet. My skin looks and feels healthy when I wear this. I would definitely repurchase.

I could not even wear it and had to purchase a second shade to mix. I won't make that mistake again and the matte finish is much nicer and don't always even need mineral veil with it. Do not recommend.

All other products I've tried have always given me breakouts, but not this one. I also live in the tropics so I've always avoided liquid foundations because of the hot weather. This is the only powder foundation that doesn't dry out my skin and stays put all day, even in the 90 degree heat. It also gives me a really smooth dewy finish, even without primer. If you've never tried anything bareMinerals, start with this. You won't regret it.

I think I tried another company's cheaper mineral product and got frustrated with it and instead of going back just hopped to a million different products looking for something I like that was affordable and actually matched my skin. I never found anything great. Recently from a relatives recommendation I decided to try the tinted moisturizer from bare minerals and decided to also purchase the original powder. I wish I would have never stopped using the powder. I love this stuff. It is so easy to use. I can literally put it on in the dark while I am getting dressed in the morning and it still looks flawless. You can not do that with a liquid foundation. The finish is not matte and doesn't look dry or cakey like other powder foundations. You get good coverage but it looks and feels very natural on the skin.

The only downside was that the powder seemed to sit on top of my face and create cakey looking areas where my usual pressed powder does not

My previous color for bareMinerals Original Foundation was C25 and I recently realized that this shade doesn't exist anymore. I called the support line and was told that Medium 10 replaced C25, so that's what I purchased. After using the Medium 10 product, it became very clear that the level of coverage was nowhere near the C25 product. I have rosacea, and applying C25 made the rosacea practically unnoticeable (loved that effortless coverage!); however, Medium 10 does not even compare— I'm so disappointed. I want to keep using bareMinerals, but it's not providing the coverage that I know and love. Maybe there's been a formula change, or I got a bad batch???
