I love this product when used correctly! Over prelightened pale hair it gives a cool white look BUT this is not a toner!!! Mixing with 20 vol like directions say make it a permanent color and could lead to more hair damage!

Love, love, love this product! As a stylist it is hard to find a good toner that really takes out the yellow without making the hair purple. This is it!

I actually use this as a hair dye one time other than a hair additive, it worked really really good. Gave me this really pretty charcoal gray shade that I don't think I could've gotten by using anything else
