After I bleach my hair I apply the toner all over my hair for about 20 minutes. This really does remove the orange yellow tone out of my hair resulting in a beautiful shade of blonde.Wella Color Charm Permanent Liquid Toner

It is healthy in .y hair. And smells good. Super easy to donate home. I would definitely recommend this toner.

I love Wella color toners for my hair. My hair always pulls very orange red, and that's exactly what I don't want. I wish this product came in a package, like the toner and the developer, I find it difficult to mix properly without a scale. I always love the results, and they last till I dye my hair again, or through the summer and all the pool visits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so my pros on this is that the color is BEAUTIFUL when applied to the right shade of lightened hair. Absolutely beautiful. Also the price is cheaper then some “toners” and easy access when I as a licensed stylist can't get to a professional hair store at the moment. It's like an emergency case ! That's why I like it. Now my cons (there isn't much).. the smell of ammonia is kinda nauseating if your not used to it, but it still performs well. Also if the integrity of the hair shaft is compromised then this toner will only make it worse due to having to use 20vol developer with it. And it dries the hair strands out. So when using this I highly reccomend a deep conditioning treatment afterwards! But I'm not against using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toner is awesome! It tones down the yellow and red undertones wonderfully, if you apply it to already lightened hair you will get the color expected! It leaves you with a silver-ish tone that is absolutely beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having my hair constantly bleached from my natural color I had trouble finishing a perfect toner. Wella carries the best toners to keep away the bronzy orange tones all blondes dread! And my Sally's always has them stocked.

I love it. I only use wella's color charm on my hair if I'm going to do it permanent. Ive been dying my hair black for years and this one leaves it bright, healthy, and I dont know if it's me but I really like the way it smells too haha. Would recommend if you're looking to dye your hair black.

This toner really gives me the ash blonde finish that I am wanting. I do this at home and buy the creme developer along with it. It's saves me money and it's at the convenient of my own home. All I do it paint it over the brassy tones and wait about 15-20 minutes and I am back to my original ash blonde shade. Love this stuff!

THE BEST TONER OUT THERE!!! This stuff is amazing. I've tried a few different shades of Wella toner but none compare to this. I first learned about it from a girl I met at a party. She had the most angelic white-blond hair I had ever seen, without even a hint of yellow in it. When I asked what hair dye she used, she said "Wella T18" and I never forgot it. This is that magical purple mixture that will neutralize all the brass tones in your hair. You mix it with developer before applying it. Sometimes the toner can soak in a bit too much on dry parts of your hair and leave a purplish tinge, but that will go away after your next shower. Ive never used anything as powerful and effective at removing brassiness as this product (although I've heard that Manic Panic Virgin Snow is quite good too).
