This is the first time we've tried it and it works so well. Taken as described on the bottle, the family is able to wind down at a decent hour after dinner and some family time... to a gentle quiet time. They aren't too tough or sticky to chew and the berry flavor is great for kids. The 1mg per chewy melatonin gummies work quickly for us. Given 20 minutes before bedtime per the bottle label. When my husband and I opened the bottle we told our boys the gummies were "tire" gummies and they immediately wanted them before bed. Our boys are super picky and both chewed them no problem! They calmed down and were out within ten minutes after putting them to bed. This has now become a ritual for the past week giving our boys each a "tire" gummy before bedtime. I had never heard of these before and received them as a free sample for my review. I honestly would recommend these to all parents as it helps calm them down during their bedtime routine. It is also a struggle to get her down in the first place. I have always thought about trying melatonin for her but a little anxious as to how I would dose and actually get her to take. These taste great (I tried a few myself) and I had no problem getting her to take them. I love that they are clean and contain no gelatin, which we avoid. After I gave them to her at the recommended time we excitedly waited to see if they would help her nod off more quickly. Nope. Nothing different from any other night. We tried many more times, playing with the time and dosage and just never noticed a difference. She ended up in our room every night! Maybe melatonin just doesn't work for her. I don't regret trying them and would still recommend you give them a shot. People often react differently to supplements. As I said, the product itself is very impressive with clean ingredients and tastes great. Maybe our expectations were just too high.

Why did you take out the L-Thianine? The product is not the same!

I was surprised of how fast my toddler went to sleep so it works , but I've tried other brands before and it didn't work so I guess every kid is different.
