I love the swing but I've only been using it maybe 2-3 months the most and the vibration part of it got loud and now doesn't work even when it's plugged into the wall.

I ordered the swing set it up after I had my son doesn't have the cord or mobile. And won't even turn on with batteries a waste of money and time putting together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this swing as a gift from my parents when my son was born. The gentle swinging motion of the swing is great. I like that it is quiet. My son loves the swing and usually falls asleep.

I bought this as a shower gift and when the couple was putting it together, they found exposed wires and the swing would not vibrate. Now they are inconvenienced with taking it back to the store.

It makes these weird loud creaking noises and constantly wakes my 4 month old up, even when he was very small it would make noises. I've only had it a couple months and my son is outgrowing it fast. It's too noisy!!

Manufacturer made a mistake with a leg and I couldnt piece the swing together. I tried contacting them but I never received a response. Walmart gave me a full refund which was nice.

Swing works, but the vibration portion does not work at all and never has since opening the box brand new. All portions of a product should work when you receive it brand new.

Good swing. Works great. Only things that I didn't like was the mobile doesn't move and the extra batteries for the seat. Decided just to not use the vibration. Other than that it works well and gets the job done.

The instructions were confusing to me and very frustrating. I ended up youtubing a video on how to put it together. Seems ok, won't know how it is until baby comes.

Got it on sale! Easy to assemble and functions great! Only thing is the mobile in my opinion is too close to the baby, my daughter would look to far up but not a problem I just removed it.
