Unsure if it's an old model or not a nintendo. Functions fine except the movements in smash bros was weird. The top little button is easy to press compared to the latest model.

Got this controller to try over the joy cons. Managed to try it out with some fighting games such as Super Smash Bros and the recent digital release of Marvel vs. Capcom fighting collection. This controller has been more reliable over the standard joy cons that I have while playing these fighting games. If anyone enjoys using an actual controller to play games, I recommend this one.

Much better than the Joy- Cons that are built-in to the switch. Basically required for any serious gaming. I like that pressing any button wakes up the switch (when in the TV dock). Oh yea, you basically need a TV Dock as well. Once you use the Pro Controller and a TV dock, you won't use the switch in portable mode anymore.

Level up gaming experience with the pro controller. The controller is easier to use vs the joycons. Buttons are better spaced. All the same features on this: gyro, vibrate, and great battery life. Only wish Nintendo would include a built in mic like Sony has in their controllers.

I bought this controller to play the switch with my daughter and have had it about 2 weeks and it's already messing up mid game. It just stops jumping or starts moving on is own. I have no idea what it wrong with it but for this price it should work correctly.

this controller lasts atleast 50 hrs of play time, play all day without a charge. better control, and my switch does nit go off when nit playing, thats a plud plus , light vibration, just like I wanted, the buttons of the controller, the ones in the center are down inside the controller just about l evel, no accidental pressing, and tge d pad as its called , tou never make a mistake. i do way better in my games with this nintendo switch joystick..

Best controller as it's the original. Walmart is the best price and came faster than anything but driving to the store to get it myself. Perfect new condition. Son loves it. Highly recommend getting a small case for the remote to protect it. Coming from a mom of boys 😉

Nintendo makes good consoles, enjoyable games, but sucks at making their joycon sticks not drift. Bought this, exchanged same day due to first unit having drift, second one had it as well. Returned and went for a third party controller. (I am a Walmart associate, however I paid full price for this item and bought it on my own accord.)

WOW a controller that fits in my hands!! Life really has a way of throwing lemons at you sometimes, so I haven't been game to sit down and really play hours of games at one time. However, I know by just a little bit of playing and holding it, this controller will be fantastic. I currently have been playing on the PS5 %26 their dual sense controllers(what a JOKE). Those controllers I think can cause muscle cramps/damage/issues when used by smaller than whatever their average was for making it so large(wish I had money to get that research lol) Plus, the dual sense break SO fast. Disgusting how much they charge too!! Luckily I got a gift card %26 these Nintendo controllers were on sale, so I'd say money well spent for such a nice fitted controller for me.
