the product was not clear on the plug. i searched for earbuds that worked with my specific phone and these came up. no picture or notes of the plug in type. maybe make the specs more clear next time.

only one earbud works, fresh out of the box and half the product works. sony has definitley gone down in quality. they are no longer a reputable company for the simplest of electronics.

Not covered by Walmart but no mention of this upon purchase. The headphones did not work properly after delivery. Audio cut in and out with no working microphone. After two days, not working at all.
