Love these flanges, advertisement did not lie. By the second time using them I got 1 oz more per breast per pumping session. Love the oval shape to turn to ensure proper fit, starting when breasts are full and as they "deflate" so to speak. Love the flexible seal, does not leave indents in my breasts. Highly recommend but do wish you could by flanges individually as my nipples are not quite the same size and tend to be a bit swollen by the end of the day after 6-7 pumping sessions.

I've used this for a work shift to figure out if I like it. I love it! It's so much more comfortable, soft, and the suction is so much better! The fact that you can turn the flange is awesome, it definitely molds to my breast so much easier - will be ordering more!

I received this Breast Pump Flange Set from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I have used the size 24 and have found it to be much more comfortable than the flanges that come with the medela. The soft rim makes pumping more comfortable, fits easy to the skin and I have noticed I'm not as sore after pumping as I used to be. And it gives me peace of mind knowing the breast shields are not made with any materials like BPA, natural rubber latex or phthalates. I highly recommend this product !

The shield is great. Pricey compared to my the straight plastic ones but you get what you pay for. It is much more comfortable to use and and my nipples are not as sore after use. I don't know about the getting more milk but I can pump for longer and more often because I am less sore.

Ironically enough I was dealing with some 2nd time Mom guilt right around the time I received the new flanges. A little backstory , I breastfed my first daughter with absolutely no problem. My oldest was so attached to the breast and refused a bottle after about 4 months and didn't drink from anything other than my breast and a sippy however I was able to pump tons and tons of milk for her , she's almost 4 and just a year and a half ago I found some stashed away in my sisters deep freezer. Fast forward to now , I'm a wife and mom of a very busy toddler and always constantly on the move so I hadn't been having as much luck with pumping as I did previously. I was feeling guilty for even considering formula due to what I thought was “low supply”. The irony was that I used the EXACT same pump and flanges as before but found it very difficult to even use now. It was until recently that I even realized there were different sizes. Eureka ! Apparently I had the wrong size. Immediately upon trying the new Flex Flanges , I noticed a difference in the feel and sound of the pump. The flange fit much better than the hard plastic flange. I was able to pump more comfortably which led me to pump more and stash a little more milk for my little one. I really enjoyed the soft rim because it fits much better in the hands free bra and it's just a better feel for my breasts in general. Talk about a mood booster ! Knowing that it wasn't me with the issue and just an issue of using the pump incorrectly with incorrect flanges , changed my views. I would definitely recommend these to just about anyone who felt like they were needing a change. It was a little hard for my to fit the flanges ok the first try but other than that, I plan on continuing to use them. Thank You weeSpring Parent Panel for this amazing product.

I recently purchased the 27 mm PersonalFit Flex shields and I wish I had known about these earlier! Pumping takes less time, is more comfortable and I am able to tolerate longer pumping to obtain more milk. I am going to purchase a second set for when I return to work!

I was so excited about this concept that I was money on two pairs. Everything about these shields are amazing, except why in the world did medela decide to make the neck portion of the shields shorter than the original shields?! The smaller tube that connects to your pump is shorter than the tubes on the hard plastic original shields, which means my nipple is quickly sucked into the tube and up against the flange of the machine during pumping, that does not work! If they'd make the tubes longer it would be perfection. And yes, I have considered size, I am wearing the proper size shields. The originals are sized perfectly and I don't have this problem with those, I bought the same exact size in the flex shields. They're used so I can't get a refund :(

I'm extremely disappointed in these shields. I don't understand why Medela made the tunnels on these (I use 21 mm) shorter than the tunnels on the standard flanges that come with a pump. Surely a too long tunnel (not sure there is such a thing!) is better than too short. Early in the day or when my breasts are quite full, it's fine, but the rest of the day and when I'm "emptier," my nipple hits the end (this is probably 85% of the time or more). I truly feel it results in less milk. I'm currently trying some different hacks such as gluing them in place on my pump or adding a seal so the flange does not slide quite so far into the pump when attaching the two pieces. Also, even when my nipple does not hit the end, my milk output does not increase as advertised. It's the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Medela Flex Breast Shield are great! I find them to be a lot more comfortable than the traditional shield. The oval shape allows them to sit nicely on the breast and the soft rubber rim helps create a seal that makes it easy to pump. The shields don't dig into the skin, like the traditional hard plastic shields, so they don't leave any marks. They come in a variety of sizes. I was able to use the same size shield as the traditional plastic shield, 27mm. I've noticed a slight increase in milk output when I use the flex shields (I track output in an app)! Any little bit helps if you're not a big producer like me. I've also noticed that my milk letdown is slightly faster when I use these shields. Most importantly, I've been able to use them with my hands free pumping bra, a must for busy mom's! Thank you to the weeSpring Parent Panel for letting me try these. I will be purchasing another set!

I was given this Breast Pump Flange Set to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel.This is my honest review and is in no way influenced by receiving a complimentary shield. - I can't believe how much more comfortable it was pumping using these breast shield. I wish these were around a little over a year ago when I had my 3rd baby and I was pumping around the clock. - I am so happy to have found breast shields that actually fit and contour to my breasts and nipples like these do. I was able to pump a lot more milk than usual. - The soft rim was very unique and different. So much more comfortable than the hard plastic ones. It makes pumping more of an enjoyable experience and not more of a painful/sore one.
