I want to return because brand new full of ink but it's not printed and give me error to check ink

The EcoTank is way better than the old cartridges.The printer is easy to set up and provides good copies of documents. My only criticism is that the screen is too small.

I brought this product to help me with my small business. Setup didn't take long. You also receive a CD to make the setup and installation even more easy. Great product. Print quality is great.

I purchased my very first printer ever and chose the Epson ecotank 2800, primarily because I found the ads on tv with Shaquille O'Neal compelling. Getting connected was a little more involved than I thought it would be. The instructions definitely could have been clearer. I was trying to set up the Epson App simultaneously with my laptop and printer and ran into difficulty. I should have connected the printer wirelessly with my laptop first and then used the App later. I found myself googling several YouTube videos for help which made it crystal clear. I wish Epson had provided a link to a detailed setup video for my model as that is much easier than reading a manual. Once connected, I was thrilled with the copy quality. It is an excellent small printer, perfect for home use and fits in just about any space in my home. I'm very happy with my purchase.

great printer

Bought it yesterday and started up well with fairly workable wi-fi set up. Initially printed well, but after ~30 pages, the paper sensor stopped working. Went through all trouble shooting, but did not fix the problem. Registered product, but Epson support web support is a circle of pages without help. Disappointed.

I do not have internet at home and have been unable to use this printer. I use Windows 7 and the disk that came with the printer tells me to go to the internet. I have been unable to find drivers for it on the Epson web site. It makes good copies but I want a printer. I have to go 15 miles to the library to use their internet and still no help.
