I recommend it because my dogs loved sitting in front of it and would fall asleep with in minutes . It's also very quiet and comes with a remote which I loved . The only thing is that It will not cool down any room space . You will only feel breezes . But compared to other towers, I actually enjoyed this one

This fan does what stated on site. Best tower fan I've gotten from Walmart. Like that the entire outside fan housing doesn't osculate but the inner workings do. Love this feature. Gives great breeze circulation. Easy to move around and many settings. don't hesitate to buy, worth the money.

Moves large volume of air as noted by other posts. I bought two and am more than happy. I set them up oscillating and run on Low predominately. With temps here hovering upper 90's low 100's with feels like numbers between 105-120 and humidity off the charts,these fans have had a workout. Highest inside house temp was 82 with temps generally staying around 76-78. That's WITHOUT turning the air on!! I can't say enough good things about these fans. Would definitely buy again with no hesitation. Amazing product!! Saved on electricity in a big way compared to leaving AC on at 82 full time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first signed up for this fan, I thought it would be a small cylindrical fan But when I got it I was pleasantly surprised. It is a tall fan. The only thing you have to do is put the base on. And it was very easy It isn't like the box fan . This fan doesn't take up space. I have had the fan on all of the settings . It will cool down a space. I think the setting I like best is NA. Natural Air. You dont lose the remote control because it has a magnet on top of the fan for it. I love this fan. I would highly recommend this product. Because it has a remote control you dont have to constantly get up to change the fan speed. .

We had planned to buy a regular round rotating fan but bought this mostly because it wasn't an eye sore. It works so much better than I expected it to. June started with a pretty decent heat wave for us and I'm in my last trimester so the heat is killing me. This keeps our whole living room cool and we all feel like we can breathe again! We're buying another for the bedroom!

I tend to enjoy a room temp of around 16 or 17 degrees as I get extremely hot. I bought 2 of these fans to add to an additional 2 fans I had to create a surround fan experience for the living room. Think of it like surround sound, but instead of speakers, I use tower fans plus a portable AC unit. This combination provides maximum cooling as the AC removes the hot air while the fans circulate the cool air. It is quite heavenly to sit on the couch with air blowing on you from all directions! No issues with the fans so far but it has only been 2 weeks. Fans are a bit loud on max settings but then again, when you have 4 fans and the AC unit running on full blast, sound is the least of your worries so sit back and pretend you're on a jet! ;) I may add 2 more fans in the future for an ultra Xtreme 6 fan cooling!!

It arrived just at the start of our first major heat wave, and the AC was going full tilt. I positioned it first between the kitchen/dining area the living room; kept the air circulating and proceeded to really cool the place down. Then I moved it more towards the AC, still facing the kitchen/dining area; I was able to turn the AC up a few degrees and it still cooled the rooms down and kept them nice and comfortable. I will recommend this tower fan to everyone!

Wonderful fan! Exactly what I was looking for. The remote is a great feature and I love that is has a magnet that attaches it to the fam so it's easy to keep up with. It has a handle hold on the back so it's easy to move around, it's lightweight and I'm incredibly happy with my purchase. I cut ally ended up buy a second one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! This is a great fan. It is built very solidly, and is very attractive also. I was amazed how much it helped distribute the air in our home. I have a new 3 ton heating cooling unit and it works great, but I noticed the temperature varied from the bedrooms to the living room and Kitchen. I put the fan in the middle of the house, and was able to raise the air conditioner temperature and keep the house to a comfortable temperature. The fan has so many settings I can get it to do what ever I need. It has and oscillating setting, or you can set it to blow in only one direction. It has a setting for night time which I believe would work better than a ceiling fan. One great thing about it is that because it is a tower fan, it takes up very little room. I might add that it is very quiet even on the higher fan settings. I am totally happy with this fan. The price is great, and it should save me a lot of money on my electric bill because I don't have to have the air conditioning running so much. The temperature today is 105 degrees, and we are very comfortable. Don't hesitate!! This fan is very reasonably priced, and will add so much to your comfort at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan has a better design than another tower fan that I have. It stands still while the center piece rotates. I think this makes it more stable and quieter than my other fan that rotates the whole fan. It was easier to assemble too. It has a stand by and a turn off timer so you can set it to start or stop up to 8 hours. It's 1hr 2hr 4hr and 8hr increments. I like that because it gets cooler in the middle if the night. The sleep wind mode is my favorite even not for sleeping. It just has the perfect wind feel for me. It has a natural wind mode and the oscillating mode that works for both settings. Then it also has high, medium, and low. It's so easy to use. The set up was also very fast and easy. The top has a magnetize space to put the remote when not in use. Be sure to save the instructions because the plug has a replaceable fuse which is something I've never seen before. It shows how. It's quiet too. It's not silent but it's like a gentle white noise. I'm a huge fan of these space saving tower fans and this one is by far my favorite of the three I own.
