This is my second time I brought this brow pencil. Everything is good except the spoolie and the cap that goes with it. In both occasions, the spoolie side will crack overtime and cause the spoolie to fall out. Because of that crack, the cap will take out the spoolie from the pencil when pulled. I find this flaw annoying and will just buy a pencil and spoolie as separate items.

Auburn seems to be a difficult color for a lot of brands to make. The pencil is soft, but sturdy enough to make hair-like lines easily. It has good pigment.

It has great pigment in it and it matched my brow color really well. It was pretty precise maybe not as precise as the other one they have but it works really well and I love how much it costs .
