The module uses high-quality relays with a normally open interface rated load of AC 250V/10A, DC 30V/10A. It features a small bidirectional isolation optocoupler with strong anti-interference capability and stable performance. Trigger current requires only 5mA. 
Working voltage options: 5V, 12V, and 24V. Available in 4-way, 8-way, 12-way, and 16-way configurations. Interface design is user-friendly, with all terminals accessible via screw terminals for easy connection. Includes four 3mm mounting holes for secure installation. 
Terminal definitions: 
- DC+: Positive terminal of external DC power supply 
- DC-: Negative terminal of external DC power supply 
- GND: Common terminal of the optocoupler chip 
- NO1–NO16: Relay normally open contacts; open when relay is de-energized, shorted to COM when energized 
- COM1–COM16: Relay common contacts 
- NC1–NC16: Relay normally closed contacts; shorted to COM when de-energized, open when energized 
Power indicator (red), 16-channel relay status indicators (blue). 
Module control terminal block includes 19 wire connections, all with screw terminals for easy wiring. 
For high-level control: signal must be connected to the negative terminal of the user control board power supply. 
For low-level control: signal must be connected to the positive terminal of the user control board power supply. 
X1–X16: Relay control input interfaces. When a port is at high level (relative to GND), the corresponding relay closes. 
Note: This isolated relay module is designed for use in environments with high electromagnetic interference or strict signal requirements. For full isolation, the user control board power supply (reference connected to GND) must be separate from the relay module power supply (DC+/DC-). 
Relay output terminal block includes 48 wire connections, all equipped with screw terminals for convenient wiring.
